SHIPPING AND HANDLING – SHIPPING CHARGES
At this current time we are only selling within the United Kingdom. We will, in time, start looking at expanding our site to a worldwide market.
We use Royal Mail Signed For or Tracking Services to ship all orders.
We are a small independent business and as such, have limited resources. To this end, during busy periods, we will have designated shipping days. Please bear with us during these periods. We will endeavour to get your orders shipped out as soon as we can. If your order is returned to us undelivered due to your own fault you will be responsible for re-shipping charges. In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive please e-mail us at redhouseac@gmail.com. Our orders are shipped and handled by third party couriers, therefore all delivery dates and times given are only estimates. We endeavour to get your order to you within the estimated delivery time, however, on rare occasions the delivery may be delayed. We therefore cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier / postal service or for any consequential losses you may suffer if the delivery is not on time for whatever reason. Orders being shipped to remote locations may, on rare occasions, be slightly delayed by the courier / postal service.
